~Returns Policy~ We will do our best to ensure you are delighted
with your purchase, if however you are not satisfied you
may notify us via email for a returns number and address. Items must be
returned within 28 days in unworn re-saleable condition , with the tag
attached and with the gift box provided. You will be responsible for
the items until they reach us, so we recommended you use an insured
delivery service.
No returns will be accepted on custom made items unless faulty and due to
hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.
~Repair Policy~ Remember to always put jewellery on as the "finishing touch" after using
cosmetics and perfumes and never apply unnecessary force especially to
delicate laces and beading. All
our jewellery is made to last but it may be that you may need a repair. If
this happens within the first 30 days of purchase we will do this free of
charge providing the materials are still available - we will not repair jewellery broken or damaged through
inappropriate wear or cleaning. After this we will need to charge for
postage and materials, the cost may vary depending on the problem. Please
email us for more details.
~Privacy Statement~ We will only collect the minimum
information required to process your order, and we guarantee no information will
be passed to anyone else in accordance with the United Kingdom Data Protection
Act 1998.

in relation to your order and/or in response to other correspondence or dealings

~Wholesale / Sale or Return
and Exhibition Enquiries~ We do welcome wholesale
enquiries, this ranges from 30-50% and on occasion we do offer sale or returns
from shops in the Bristol, Taunton and Glastonbury area only. We are also pleased to lend items for
galleries, exhibitions and photo shoots. Please email us for further wholesale
terms and enquiries.
